We are based in Hawkes Bay, New Zealand and post nationwide.
We also ship to other countries including Australia, the United Kingdom and Canada. Our postage rates around New Zealand and to Australia, the United Kingdom and Canada are on our Info page.
We may also be able to arrange shipping to other countries. Please feel free to enquire about shipping to your country and we will let you know if it is possible and what costs would be involved.
We use New Zealand Post for all our national and international postage and shipping.
The printing process itself can take between 7 to 14 days, dependent upon whether we have the t-shirt you would like in stock. Postage around New Zealand is by courier and the times for delivery will depend upon New Zealand Post's delivery schedule, however delivery is usually within 3 days (excluding the weekend).
returns
As we print to order, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund for returns for a "change of mind".
We are happy to accept return of any faulty product and appreciate the opportunity of putting things right. If we accept return a faulty product, we will either:
* replace the faulty product, or
* if we consider replacement is not appropriate (having regard to any circumstances relevant to you and whether the failure of the product is of substantial character) will provide a refund.
If you are unhappy with the standard or quality of the product, we will either ask you to return the product to us or to provide us with evidence of the fault or of the unacceptable quality issue. If we ask you to return the product, we will meet the costs of sending us the product. If we request you to return the product (at our cost) and you do not do so, we may not be able to provide you with a refund or replacement.
Please be aware that there may be some print fade initially on the first wash. This is normal and does not constitute a faulty product, unless the fading is material and significant.
Please also be aware that there can be some variance between what appears to be the colour on your screen and the printed product and unless the variance between the product supplied and the product on the Website (or any mock-up) is substantial and material, we may decline to accept a claim for a return. This is because screen colours can differ between users depending on personal and screen manufacturer settings.
